Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Digiactus Marketing & Analytics Pvt. Ltd. (“Digiactus,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), we
strive to deliver high-quality digital marketing, branding, and analytics services. This Refund
& Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which payments may be canceled or
refunded.
1. Service Agreements
- All services provided by Digiactus are governed by written agreements or proposals signed between Digiactus and the client.
- Payments made under these agreements are binding unless otherwise stated in the contract.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Before Work Begins: Clients may request cancellation within 48 hours of payment if no work has started. A full refund will be issued.
- After Work Begins: Once project work, research, or campaign setup has started, cancellations may not be eligible for a full refund. Partial refunds (if applicable) will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
- Retainer/Subscription Services: Clients may cancel ongoing retainers by giving a 30-day written notice. Services already delivered during the notice period will be billed.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate payment due to a technical error.
- Service not delivered as per the agreed scope (subject to internal review).
4. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be issued within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
- Digiactus is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or thirdparty providers.
